The first step is to have a Market Indication for your home sent to you by TEXT, with no obligation and no harassing phone calls (now that’s not your usual Real Estate Agent).
The indication I provide you is based on recent sales activity in and around your suburb.

Focus and Narrow the Market Indication.
The second step is to prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), a detailed and legally required market analysis of your home’s market value. It is based on recently sold and for sale properties similar to yours in the immediate area. I will need to view your home to prepare this report.

Market Ready.
The third step is to place your Gold Coast home on the market at a price that is within market expectations. I have a mini-eBrochure that discusses this very important point, as well as the pitfalls of trying to sell above market value.
To begin the process of selling your Gold Coast home, you must first complete a Queensland State Government document, known as a Form 6 agreement. When you are ready to place your home on the market, I will have a Form 6 agreement available.
